Eliot, George. Felix Holt. London: J. M. Dent & Co., [1909]. 444 p. 18 cm. Everyman's Library. Red cloth over boards, titling and floriated decoration in gilt on the spine; illustrated endpapers. With double wood cut title page. Minor wear at head and tail of spine with slight fraying at tail; two corners bumped, small bump at bottom and top edge of front cover; prior owner's neat inscription on the ffep; penciled notes on the bfep and paste down. Still this is a very attractive copy with little wear.

Bound in green cloth over boards, titling and floriated border in gilt with decorative pastoral scene of a shepherd and his flock of sheep also in gilt on the front cover and spine; aeg. Neat inscription on the half-title page. Spine tail worn, head cap chipped and worn, three corners slightly rubbed. Otherwise in good condition with moderate wear and a very bright cover, internally lovely.
