Volume: xlv, 306p, illustrations, indexed. 36cm. Three quarter brown cloth and brown paper boards; titling in gilt on the spine. Edges rubbed, some fraying; corners bumped; soiling; prior owner's business stamp and signature on the front free end paper. Parts II - VI loose plates in matching portfolios with ribbon ties. Missing over 70 plates out of 454 total. All plates have the business stamp of Alfred Easton Poor on the verso with some minor bleed through on some plates; one tie torn from portfolio, then taped back. An incomplete and good set only.
